New business lounges with DragonPass and Visa
As Visa continues to deliver the best digital experience for our premium cardholders, we are excited to announce some major changes:
From October 1, 2024, Visa is changing the provider of lounge services to DRAGONPASS.
Once these changes come into effect, previous memberships will not be transferred and will become invalid.
From October 1, 2024, the user path to access airport lounges will change to a digital membership. Customers will be offered the Visa Airport Companion app, which must be downloaded from the AppStore or Play Market.
With its new partner DragonPass, Visa will continue to provide Visa premium cardholders with access to top-class airport lounges around the world.

You can visit any of over 1300 business lounges worldwide 2 times a year with Visa Platinum, 4 times a year with Visa Signature and 6 times a year with Visa Infinite. After utilizing the free visits, cost per cardholder visit and also for each companion is 32$ (the amount will be debited directly from your card account).

4. Click the “Membership” button to get digital access for further access to the lounge.
To access the lounge, you must scan the QR code at the reception desk at the entrance.

Starting from October 1, 2024, the service will be available to holders of the following cards:

The list of airports participating in the program can be found in the Visa Airport Companion App, which must be downloaded from the App Store or Play Market.
In the application, in the “Overview” section, you can view the available lounges by selecting the desired airport or country. There is also a link to the list of lounges on the main screen.

Yes, you can bring guests to the lounge. Your guests must be on the same flight. If you do not have free visits*, you can make an additional payment of USD 32 per person for each visit. The fee will be charged directly to your registered Visa card.
*Please contact your partner bank for information on any additional complimentary guest visits available with your card.

If the lounge is full, entry to it is not granted.

In the application, you can find information about your privileges in the “How it works” subsection in the “Membership” section or on the main page. Please note that privileges may vary between product holders, so the best way to get the most accurate information is to check with the app or chatbot.

As of October 1, 2024, your Priority Pass or LoungeKey memberships will no longer be valid. To access DragonPass lounges, you must be enrolled in the Visa Airport Companion program.

Information about access and privileges can be found in the “Membership” section in the menu at the bottom of the screen or in the “Home page” section. All the necessary information can be obtained by first installing the Visa Airport Companion App from the App Store or Play Market.

Show the QR code of your digital access to the lounge staff. If you are eligible for free visits, they will be automatically charged. If free access is not available, the linked Visa card will be charged USD 32. The QR code can be found by clicking on the “Membership” button on the main screen of the application or in the VisaConcierge chatbot.

Visa Airport Companion is a fully digital application. You will only be able to access the lounges by presenting your QR code from the VisaConcierge mobile app or chatbot.

If you have trouble logging into the app, use the “Forgot Password” form. If you still cannot log in, contact support via the link in the “Help” section on the login page.

Children aged 2 to 4 can visit most business halls for free.

The time of stay is established by the rules of each hall. Mostly no more than 3-4 hours.
