If necessary, Medical and informational assistance will be provided to the cardholder and his family while traveling outside the country of permanent residence for up to 90 days.

If the cardholder feels unwell while traveling, but cannot visit a doctor, Medical and Information Service travel assistance organizes medical consultation by phone.

Monitoring the patient's condition during and after hospitalization

On demand or as required, Travel Medical and Information Service will monitor the health condition of the cardholder during and after hospitalization.

Delivery of necessary medicines or equipment

Travel Medical and Information Service organizes the delivery of any medication and medical equipment if they are not available currently in the country where the holder is located.

Providing a doctor

If the Cardholder suddenly falls ill and cannot move independently, and there is no suitable medical staff where he is staying, the Medical Service and informational assistance will arrange a medical specialist visit to the location of the holder.

Urgent medical evacuation

If the holder falls ill or becomes involved in an incident and needs urgent medical attention, the Travel Medical and Information Service will arrange transportation to the most suitable local hospital, hospital in the country of residence of the holder or to another country where appropriate medical care is available.

Guaranteed payment of the deposit upon hospitalization

If the holder needs to go to the hospital, but there is no funds on the card account to pay the required Hospital Deposit, Medical Service and informational assistance to travelers is ready make a deposit up to $ 2500 (or the equivalent in local currency) to the account of a medical institution, to guarantee medical care in a critical situation.

Providing information about the host country
